Michael G. Brownlee

Our Team

Michael Brownlee primarily focuses on: insurance litigation including but limited to claims handling and bad faith, real estate & land use, business formations, corporate governance, construction defects and residential and commercial real estate transactions. He represents a wide variety of business entities and individuals throughout Colorado and Texas.

After working for a large firm in Dallas in 2005, Michael moved to Colorado in 2007 and has successfully litigated in both state and federal court, before arbitrators, and helped countless clients in mediation. Additionally, Brownlee attends to his real property clients by helping with the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial real property.

Outside of the practice of law, Michael enjoys any time spent with his wife and three young children, as well as skiing, hiking and mountain climbing, fishing, and otherwise generally enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Mr. Brownlee is also very fond of his poodles and flock of chickens.

Mr. Brownlee is admitted to practice in both Colorado and Texas.
